Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County (Seidell, J.), rendered September 3, 1985, convicting him of sexual abuse in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
It was reasonable in this case for the trial court to conclude that inspecting the scene of the crime would be unlikely to help the jury in deciding any material issue of fact.
