OPINION

JANE BLAND, Justice.

Pat K. Speck appeals two no-evidence summary judgments entered in favor of First Evangelical Lutheran Church (the Church) and Dry Bones Coffee House, Inc. (Dry Bones). In one issue, Speck contends the trial court erred in granting the summary judgments because he produced evidence sufficient to raise a genuine issue of material fact with regard to his quantum, sworn account, and breach of contract claims.
