This matter is before the court on plaintiffs’ motion for a new trial, for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, and to alter or amend judgment. Also before the court is defendant Shawnee Mission Ford, Inc.’s motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and to alter or amend judgment.
