ORDER RE CONFIRMATION OF DEBTORS’ PLAN

PAUL J. KILBURG, Chief Judge.

This matter came before the undersigned on August 22, 2001 for final hearing on confirmation of Debtors’ Chapter 13 plan. Debtors Garry and Cynthia Gleason appeared with their attorney Cathy Fitz-maurice Hill. Carol Dunbar appeared as Chapter 13 Trustee. After the presentation of evidence and argument, the Court took the matter under advisement. This is a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 167(b)(2)(L).
