ORDER RE U.S. TRUSTEE’S MOTION TO DISMISS

PAUL J. KILBURG, Chief Judge.

The above-captioned matter came on for trial on May 8, 2002 on the U.S. Trustee’s Motion to Dismiss. Debtor appeared in person with Attorney John Ackerman. The U.S. Trustee’s Office was represented by Assistant U.S. Trustee Janet Reasoner. After the presentation of evidence and argument, the Court took the matter under advisement.
