ORDER RE: COMPLAINT TO DETERMINE DISCHARGEABILITY

The above-captioned matter came on for hearing on September 18, 2003 on Plaintiffs complaint to determine dischargeability of a debt. Plaintiff Kenneth E. Lee appeared with Attorney John Titler. Defendant Beth Anne O’Shaughnessy appeared with Attorney Richard Boresi. After the presentation of evidence, the Court took the matter under advisement.
