ORDER RE: COMPLAINT TO DETERMINE DISCHARGEABILITY OF DEBT AND TO DENY DISCHARGE

The above-captioned matter came on for hearing on October 28, 2003 on Plaintiffs complaint to determine dischargeability of debt and to deny discharge. Plaintiff Kevin E. Brown appeared with Attorney Jon McCright. Defendant/Debtor Sandra Jean Brown appeared with Attorney Richard Boresi. After presentation of evidence, the Court took the matter under advisement.
