KELLY, J.:

¶ 1 This is an appeal from an order granting the preliminary objections of Ap-pellees physician and hospital, and dismissing Appellants’ complaint with prejudice in a personal injury action based on claims of negligence. We affirm.

¶ 2 On December 1, 2003, Appellants commenced suit against Appellees by filing a complaint containing separate counts which respectively asserted the negligence of each Appellee, and wrongful death and survival actions.
