MEMORANDUM DECISION
GOETTEL, District Judge.
The claimant, Earl F. Eastman, II, pursuant to 205(g) of the Social Security Act (SSA), 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), brings this action against the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration seeking judicial review of the Commissioner’s denial of his application for Disability Insurance Benefits (DIB) and for Supplemental Security Income Disability Benefits (SSI).
