Appellant Edwin F. Pratts appeals the judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, John F. Gleeson, Judge, entered on September 1, 1995, affirming the decision of the Appellee Commissioner of Social Security’s (“Commissioner”) that Pratts was not disabled within the meaning of 42 U.S.C. § 423 (1994) at or before the time his eligibility for disability insurance expired.
