This is an appeal from a judgment in the Montgomery Circuit Court involving two insurance policies for two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) each on the life of Nathan Salin. These policies were identical and the evidence was equally applicable to both of said policies. For the purpose of brevity we will treat this case, with some exceptions as to the statement of facts, as though it involved a suit on one policy only.
