This is a contest between the parties hereto over the proceeds of a policy of insurance on the life of one Kata Vukovich issued by the Western and Southern Life Insurance Company of Cincinnati, Ohio, in the sum of $500.00 with a provision for additional indemnity in the event of accidental death. The policy was made payable to the executors or administrators of the insured’s estate unless paid under the “facility of payment” clause as set out therein. Kata Vukovich met accidental death on November 22, 1939, whereupon the appellee claimed the proceeds of said insurance policy…
