MEMORANDUM OPINION ON OBJECTION TO DISCHARGEABILITY OF DEBT

STATEMENT OF THE CASE
On December 9, 1983, B. Herman Archer and Mary A. Archer, Debtors, filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. On March 27, 1984, Massey-Ferguson Credit Corporation, Plaintiff, filed an “Objection to Dischargeability of Debt” against Herman Archer, Defendant.
