(“Plaintiff”), by complaint filed May 6, 1991, seeks a determination that a $6,360.42 debt owed by David Charles Boice and Donna Marie Boice (“Debtors” or “Defendants”) is nondischargeable pursuant to Bankruptcy Code § 523(a)(2)(A) or (B) (“Code”), 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A) or (B).
