The Michigan Association of Governmental Employees (MAGE), and others, commenced this action on September 9, 1982, seeking declaratory and injunctive relief from a decision by the Civil Service Commission to rescind a previously authorized 5% wage increase and addition of vision care benefits for state classified, employees occupying supervisory, managerial and confidential positions.
