This appeal involves the validity of a post-nuptial agreement. Katie Frey Lyons was married to appellant, John E. Lyons, November 29, 1921. She possessed property of considerable value. Appellant does not appear to have been the owner of any property. The parties lived in Lockport, Will county, in property, as we understand it, of the wife. On January 12, 1922, forty-three days after the marriage, the parties entered into a separation agreement.
