Lily Parsons Reighley, hereafter called plaintiff, filed suit in the superior court of Cook county against Continental National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago, as trustee, hereafter called the bank, and appellant, Reginald B. Parsons, her former husband. The purpose of the suit was to recover support money claimed to be owing by Parsons and secured by deposits of securities with the bank, and to be paid to the plaintiff monthly on account of Parsons to the plaintiff.
