1 1 Defendant Raymond Butterfield ("But-terfield") appeals from convictions of aggravated burglary, rape of a child, sodomy on a child, and three counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child, all first degree felonies. See Utah Code Ann. §§ 76-6-208 & 76-5-402.1, - 408.1, -404.1 (1999).
