This is an appeal from the trial court’s order dismissing the case for want of prosecution. Appellants raise three issues: (1) whether the trial court erred in dismissing the case for want of prosecution; (2) whether the trial court erred in failing to hold a hearing on Appellants’ motion for reinstatement; and (3) whether the trial court erred in failing to reinstate the case. For the reasons stated below, we conclude that the trial court did not abuse its discretion in dismissing the matter and in failing to reinstate the case. We also hold that trial court did not…
