The issue presented is whether the standard notice of dismissal used by the district courts of Bexar County, which warms that a case will be dismissed “if no announcement is made” at the dismissal hearing, adequately apprises parties of the trial court’s intent to dismiss for want of prosecution in the exercise of its inherent power.
