This matter came before the Court on December 2, 1983 on a motion for relief from stay and a complaint requesting declaratory judgment, injunctive relief, and damages. Movant is the East Weymouth Savings Bank (“the Bank”), the holder of a first mortgage on property located at 886 Washington Street, Weymouth, Massachusetts (“the Property”), which was sold at a foreclosure sale on November 4, 1983.
