MEMORANDA REGARDING CREDITOR’S COMPLAINT FOR RECLAMATION OF FUNDS

This matter was scheduled for trial on May 21, 1985. At that time, the parties stipulated to facts and all the relevant available evidence and the Court set a briefing schedule.
