Gregory, Associate Justice:
This is an appeal from the order of the circuit court denying appellant’s motion for an order dismissing the action based upon lack of jurisdiction of the South Carolina Courts or in lieu thereof, to quash the return of the summons and complaint. The basic issue is whether appellant had sufficient contacts with this State to sustain the service of process *462upon it without “offending traditional notions of fair play and. substantial justice.”
