Plaintiffs Lillie Benally and Grant Benally, on behalf of Norman Benally, appeal the district court’s dismissal, for lack of personal jurisdiction, of their invasion of privacy claims against defendant Amon Carter Museum of Western Art (the Museum). The district court’s decision is reported as Benally v. Hundred Arrows Press, Inc., 614 F.Supp. 969 (D.N.M.1985).
