DAUGHERTY, Chief Judge.

These companion cases arise from an automobile accident occurring July 5, 1971 in Muskogee County, Oklahoma. The Plaintiffs are Oklahoma citizens and Defendant is a citizen of Georgia. The actions were filed in this Court on July 3, 1973. Summons in each case was issued on that date and served on the Oklahoma Secretary of State in accordance with the provisions of the Oklahoma Nonresident Motorist Act (47 Oklahoma Statutes § 391 et seq).
