VINSON, Associate Justice.

This is an appeal from the District Court’s discharge of a writ of habeas corpus. The litigation grows out of the same earlier proceedings ^as did the case of Warring v. Huff, 1 also decided today.

Appellant was sentenced on February 24, 1939, upon pleas of guilty, to four criminal contempt charges. The first charge stated that appellant had used money to influence a prospective juror.
