This is an action on an undertaking to stay execution on a money judgment. Judgment for plaintiff, and defendants appeal.
The undertaking to stay execution was filed in case No. 4142, in the district court of McIntosh county. In that case a money judgment had been rendered for the plaintiff December 17, 1924.
