Plaintiff, Richard L. King, brought an action in the Superior Court of Pima County against O’Rielly Motor Company, Dave Griffith, Sid Sutton and General Motors Corporation alleging breach of warranty and fraudulent misrepresentation against O’Rielly, Griffith and Sutton and breach of warranty and negligent entrust•ment against General Motors arising out of the purchase, by King, of a 1968 Chevrolet automobile from O’Rielly Motors.
