OPINION AND ORDER
HOCHBERG, District Judge.
Plaintiff, Kathy Magistrini, commenced this action by filing a Complaint in the Superior Court of New Jersey on August 8, 1996, alleging that her exposure to a chemical dry-cleaning solvent manufactured by Defendants Dow Chemical Company (hereinafter “Dow”) and R.R. Street & Co., Inc. (hereinafter “R.R. Street”) caused her to become ill with acute mye-logenous leukemia (hereinafter “AML”). Dow filed a timely Notice of Removal to this Court in October, 1996.
