Jack Holt, Jr., Chief Justice.
At issue in this case is the effect of legislation that resulted in the supplementation of the terms of a consolidation agreement between two school districts as to the election of school board members. We hold that the legislation did not impair the agreement between the two districts and that the trial court erred in finding otherwise.
