— In a proceeding to stay arbitration, Hussein Maylou appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Graci, J.), dated March 31,1983, which, inter alia, granted the petitioner’s application for a permanent stay of arbitration. U Judgment reversed, on the law, with costs, and application for a stay of arbitration denied. 11 On October 11, 1981, the appellant, Hussein Maylou, was operating a taxicab on the F.D.R.
