This is an action to recover damages to the estate of A. L. Wilkinson, deceased, alleged to have been sustained in an automobile accident. From a judgment in favor of plaintiff for '$5,000, the defendants appeal, asserting that the trial court erred in submitting the cause to the jury for the reasons, (1) that there was no evidence of defendants’ negligence; (2) no evidence from which a reasonable conclusion could be drawn that decedent’s estate had sustained any damages; and (3) that decedent was guilty of contributory negligence as a matter of law.
