The plaintiff brought this suit to recover damages for personal injuries to himself and also to his wife and child, at a railroad crossing in the unincorporated village of Bridgman, on September 19, 1913. The court below directed a verdict and judgment in favor of defendants. Plaintiff asks us to reverse that judgment, contending that his testimony made a case entitling him to the judgment of the jury. We state the testimony, placing upon it, as we should, the construction most favorable to the plaintiff. The plaintiff, his wife, and a child seven years of age, were injured by a collision…
