Error to Kalamazoo; Weimer (George V.), J. Case by Paula Amedeo, administratrix of the estate of Leo Amedeo, deceased, against the Grand Rapids & Indiana Railway Company for the negligent killing of plaintiff’s decedent. Judgment for plaintiff. Defendant brings error.

Plaintiff brought this action as administratrix of the estate of her deceased husband, Leo Amedeo, to recover damages for the latter’s death by three of defendant’s detached cars, while being shunted or switched, striking and instantly killing deceased in the yard of the defendant, at the Third street crossing in the city of Kalamazoo in the early evening of April 6, 1920.
