This is an action brought by the plaintiff for injuries sustained by her on the evening of the 29th of June, 1912, while driving her automobile on Salzburg avenue, in West Bay City, over the crossing of the defendant railroad company, her automobile colliding with the Detroit-Bay City passenger train, it being claimed, as a result of the negligence of the defendant in its operation. The plaintiff at the time of the accident was a woman nearly 52 years of age who had lived in Bay City all her life.
