Plaintiff and his wife have sued the members of the Board of Education of Newark Special School District, its Superintendent and the Instructor in Industrial Arts at the Ogletown Junior High School for personal injuries plaintiff Slovin claims he received while acting in a play given at the Ogletown Junior High School on October 25, 1960, while he “was, a member of the cast of a play being produced by Brookside Players, an amateur theatrical group”.
