The matter stands submitted for accelerated appellate review on the trial court record under Rule 1.203, Rules of Appellate Procedure in CM Cases, 12 O.S.Supp.1993, ch. 15, app. 2, following the trial court’s grant of General Star’s motion to dismiss pursuant to 12 O.S.1991 § 2012(B)(6).
