Before the Court is “Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment Regarding Defendants’ Amended Counterclaim.” Since the filing of this motion, the parties have stipulated to the dismissal with prejudice of Plaintiffs claims against Defendant John Sturdivant and the Court has granted the motion of American Federation of Government Employees, AFL-CIO (“AFGE”), for summary judgment on Plaintiffs Amended Complaint.
