This is a petition for injunctive relief brought by Sandra Dunbar (“petitioner”), Regional Director of the Third Region of the National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB” or “the Board”), on behalf of the Board, pursuant to the Labor-Management Relations Act (“LMRA”), 29 U.S.C. § 160®. Respondent Colony Liquor and Wine Distributors, L.L.C. (“Colony”) opposes the petition.
