OPINION

SUMMERS, Judge.

Appellant, Robert Bell, presents this appeal challenging his convictions and sentences. After a jury found appellant guilty of five counts of promoting prostitution, the trial court imposed five consecutive two-year sentences and ordered appellant to pay a fine of $3,000.00 as punishment for count five. The fine was recommended by the jury. Appellant does not contest the sufficiency of the evidence but alleges that his convictions are a result of the trial court’s erroneous refusal to suppress certain incriminating evidence.
