OPINION BY

BOWES, J.:

¶ 1 Harry Bruce Whitman appeals from the December 12, 2003 judgment of sentence imposed after he pled guilty to numerous burglaries. We defer Appellant’s challenge to the validity of his guilty plea to collateral review, vacate his judgment of sentence, and remand for resentencing.

¶2 Appellant was charged at thirteen different criminal actions with fifteen counts of burglary, twelve counts of receiving stolen property, eleven counts of criminal trespass, nineteen counts of theft, and one count each of criminal mischief and possession of an instrument of crime. The cases…
