The cause before us calls for review of proceedings which took place in the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, wherein a three-judge court considered disciplinary charges which had been brought against the attorney in question, Fred W. Phelps, Sr., a member of the Kansas Bar. The proceedings in the federal district court were follow-ups on similar proceedings which hád been taken in the courts of Kansas. The Kansas Supreme Court ordered that Phelps be disbarred.
