This action was commenced in the district court to enforce a miner’s lien for the sum of $253.75, together with a reasonable attorney’s fee and costs of suit upon four adjoining quartz mining claims which were being worked and operated together as one claim under the name of the “Wise Boy mine.” It appears that the defendants, A. W. Moore, W. E. Kelly, W. P. McDonald and Wilbur E. Moore, were the owners of two of the quartz claims known as the Wise Boy and the North Star, and that W. E. Kelly, A. W. Moore and W. P.
