This case is before us on a certificate of review by The Judge Advocate General of the Navy.

*101During a barroom fight, a Philippine national was struck on the head. A few days later he died in the local hospital. An autopsy indicated that death resulted from epidural hemorrhage from a head wound probably caused by a blunt instrument.
