OPINION
COLE, Circuit Judge.
In this civil rights action arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq. (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 1981, and Ohio Revised Code § 4112.02, Plaintiff-Appellant Carolyn Upshaw (“Upshaw”) appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment to Defendant-Appellee Ford Motor Company (“Ford”) and the denial of her motion for relief from judgment.
