Heneen, State’s attorney for Cook county, in behalf of the People, upon the relation of the grievance committee of the Chicago Bar Association, against Ferdinand S. Hahn, an attorney and counselor at law, licensed as such under the rules of this court and the statutes of this State, and who is engaged in practicing law in Cook county, praying that the license of said Hahn be revoked and his name stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors of this court, and that he be prohibited from exercising the office of attorney and…
