This is an appeal from an order of the Vanderburgh Circuit Court vacating and setting aside an order by it made and entered on January 11, 1923, admitting appellant, Thomas A. McDonald, to practice law in all courts of justice in this state, and to have his name entered upon the roll of attorneys of that court.
