This is a consolidated appeal from an order of Judge Daniel O. Corrigan. Plaintiff-appellant Buyer’s First Realty, Inc. (“Buyer’s First”) claims that the judge erred when he granted two motions for summary judgment and confirmed the two arbitration awards against it in favor of appellee Realty One, Inc.
