This appeal involves a dispute as to whether the District Court of the Virgin Islands erred in dismissing the plaintiffs’ complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction after determining that the Virgin Islands Long-Arm Statute did not reach the defendant and that constitutional due process was not satisfied.
