The defendant appellee is a mutual benefit association organized under the laws of the state of Arizona. Natividad Buenabidez, on or about the twelfth day of November, 1915, was accepted as a member of said association through subordinate lodge No. 26 of Sonora, Pinal county, Arizona. In the certificate of membership issued to him his wife, Guadalupe P. de Buenabidez, was named as his beneficiary.
